In food-loving circles, people who know food inside out are known as seasoned connoisseurs.

When sampling a dish, they follow this sequence: Color → Aroma → Flavor.

Yet what truly defines the overall experience follows a different weight order: Flavor > Aroma > Color

The industrial vacuum cleaner industry also has its own group of such “seasoned connoisseurs”.

When evaluating suppliers, customers usually assess in the sequence 1→2→3:

1. Price and discounts.

2. Specifications and technical solutions.

3. Machine quality & spare-parts ecosystem.

But the factors that determine long-term value are weighted in reverse: 3 > 2 > 1.

Just as in movies, genuine connoisseurs close their eyes while tasting food, setting aside superficial appearances to focus on the true essence.

I cannot help but wonder: What if a customer sets aside the first two factors to experience our machines and spare parts with their eyes closed? Then they open their eyes and experience our value in specifications, solutions and pricing.

Could this be the equivalent of "blind tasting" in the world of industrial vacuums? Perhaps this way, they can perceive our genuine value.

Surprisingly, I did met such a bold customer with this kind of "business strategy philosophy".
